Ardley: Can play at the back or midfield
Neal Ardley became The Lions' twelth signing of the summer after agreeing a two-year deal at The Den this afternoon.

The former England Under-21 international - described on the club's official site as "one of the best dead-ball merchants outside of the Premiership" - had a year left to run on his Cardiff City contract but wanted to return to the capital for family reasons.

"Millwall are offered me the chance for security over two seasons and to move back to the area I come from," Ardley told a Welsh newspaper. "My parents and my wife's parents also live in the area. Dave Jones handled the situation immaculately and I thank him for that."
