Despite having a year left on his current deal at Ninian Park, the 33-year-old looks set to leave Wales for South London, where he started his career with Wimbledon.
"I don't want to lose him but it looks like he'll be going," said Cardiff boss Dave Jones. "I can't guarantee him games and he can get a two-year deal."
