One goal. One solitary strike. That's all that stands between Neil Harris and immortality as he looks to write his name into the Millwall history books and join Teddy Sheringham as the club's all-time record goalscorer.

Bomber's goal against Chester City in the FA Cup at the weekend put him one goal short of Lord Edward of Sheringham's record haul of 111 goals for The Lions in all competitions and having beaten his record for the most League strikes for the club, Harris now wants to surpass the former England international for a second time when Millwall take on Stockport County at The Den on Saturday.

"I am more relaxed than I have ever been about the record - it is going to happen," Harris told the club's official site. "And with the backing of thousands of Millwall fans, it will come sooner rather than later.

"I hope it is on Saturday now, but if not, the week after. I have been patient and am now getting into the team - and I am looking forwrad to hopefully getting the opportunity."
