Harris: Set to stay
After weeks of speculation about his future, it finally appears as if Millwall's Neil Harris has got the contract offer from manager Kenny Jackett that he so desperately craved.

It looked as if his Lions career was over after Jackett told him that his contract would not be renewed back in February but after refusing to go out on loan, the club's leading League goalscorer looks to have changed his manager's mind after a string of impressive performances, including a man of the match performance against Carlisle United that preserved The Lions League One status.

"The club have made me an offer which has pleased me professionally, because it shows I have done enough to change the manager's mind," Harris told the South London Press. "That makes me very happy.

"The club has said it wants to keep me and we will take it from there. I hope it will take as little time as possible to sort out a deal.

"The manager said he has been really pleased with my end-of-season form."
