The tie will take place at The Cobblers' Sixfields Stadium and be played the week beginning 13th August.
The two teams met at this stage of the competition during the 1997/98 season and couldn't be seperated over two legs after John Gayle scored in the 90th minute at The Den to send the tie into extra time at 3-3 on aggregate.
The tie was eventually settled by a remarkable penalty shoot-out that saw both sides miss seven penalties between them before The Lions won 2-0.
