Williams: Leaving
With only three more league games to play, Ady Williams looks set to exit The Den at the beginning of Decemeber for good.

The 34-year-old centre-half has impressed many with his performances at the heart of the defence since signing from Coventry City on a three-month loan deal in September. But any hopes of making the move permanent have been dashed by the player himself, who hates the daily commute from the midlands.

However, Williams faces an uncertain future with the Sky Blues after revealing that he has had no contact with his parent club since arriving at Millwall.

"The new loan system is very strange, and I haven't had contact with anyone at Coventry," said Williams.

"Maybe when I go back, I will be in Micky Adams' plans - and in the end, he will decide my future.

"I don't know whether he wants me, or whether he wants me to leave on loan again or move permanently. I respect Micky as a manager, but I want to keep playing regular football."
