Phillips said: "I've done my hamstring which is really disappointing for me and it looks like I could be out for three to six weeks."
Boss Mark McGhee added: "It must be hugely disappointing for Phillips after he had won his place in the side and then had to go off with an injury.
"He could be out for up to six weeks.
