Doyle: Hoping to stay
Birmingham City goalkeeper Colin Doyle has revealed that he would like to extend his stay at The Den, possibly to the end of the season.

The 20-year-old's loan spell ends after Saturday's clash against Championship leaders Reading but with Andy Marshall still struggling with a knee injury, the Irishman is hoping that The Lions will extend the deal.

"Being stuck in the reserves at Birmingham was not nice," he told the club's official site. "Coming to Millwall meant playing first-team football and I jumped at the chance.

"At the moment I'm here until after the Reading game but I hope to extend the deal. This is so much better than playing in the reserves."
