The pair, who will join the club officially on July 1st, completed their medicals last week and signed for The Lions this morning.
Both players had attracted interest from other clubs, with Spiller invited for a trial with Charlton Athletic a fortnight ago, but agreed to come to The Den after chatting to Willie Donachie and his backroom staff.
"This is a great challenge for me," Alexander told the club's official site. "There are already some very good strikers at the club and I know I'll have to battle for a place in the side, but once I knew Willie Donachie wanted to sign me there was only one club I was going to join."
Danny Spiller added: "I'm really looking forward to pre-season and to working with the manager and players here. I'm ambitious and I believe that Millwall are going to be strong challengers for promotion next season."
