A mintues silence was held before tonight's international at Portman Road as England paid tribute to Millwall coach Ray Harford, who died twelve days ago. The players also wore black armbands as a mark of respect.

Harford, who once managed the England U-21 side, was remembered alongside Manchester United midfielder Jimmy Davis, who died in a car crash on the same day.
