The Irish keeper has reportedly attracted admiring glances from Championship sides Sheffield United and Bristol City, with The Robins in particular keen to sign another goalkeeper after first-choice Adriano Basso declared his intention to leave Ashton Gate.
Forde has steadied the ship between the sticks for The Lions following the shakey antics of Lenny Pidgeley and Chris Day and was a key member of the side that reached last season's League One play-off final.
