The 21-year-old, who had been expected to extend his stay at The Den, is now considered surplus to requirements by manager Kenny Jackett, who initially brought the player in to reinforce his injury-depleted squad.
The defender played seven times during his stay and played in Saturday's 2-0 defeat away to Gillingham.
