Wise on his way back
After an absence of ten games, Millwall player-manager Dennis Wise is set to make his first appearance for The Lions as they look to get back to winning ways against Dario Gradi's Crewe Alexandra this weekend.

Wise named himself as sub on Tuesday night and may find himself forced into action tomorrow if David Livermore is ruled out by the foot injury which saw him leave Reading on crutches. The game could also see Barry Hayles return to the starting line-up after his speedy recovery from an ankle injury picked up in training.

Speaking to the club's official website Wisey spoke about Saturday's game at The Den.

"Hopefully Barry will be involved again tomorrow, as will I and possibly even Kevin Muscat, even though he too has only resumed training this week.

"Barry had only been out for ten days, whilst Muzzy and I have been missing for considerably longer, so he hadn't lost quite as much fitness."
