The 29-year-old striker joins The Lions from AaB having suitably impressed manager Nigel Spackman during a week long trial.
"It is fantastic for me," Hubertz told Denamark's Viasat Sport. "I have always wanted to play in England."
The Danish striker was allowed to leave his native country after failing to hold down a first team place with AaB.
