Having almost left the club in the summer Millwall striker Neil Harris is making the most of his time at The Den this season and has slowly but surely cemented a place in the starting line-up having been left out of Kenny Jackett's opening squad of the season.

Harris was forced to leave the field of play during last Saturday's 2-0 win over Hartlepool United having contributed to The Lions opener after just three minutes of play. But despite his contribution over the past two weeks he knows he is not certain of place in the manager's side, especially with Tresor Kandol now back after picking up a calf injury in training.

"It is a massive game and I really want to play in it," he told the club's official site. "We have been playing well for instance the second half against Huddersfield and the first half against Hartlepool was very impressive.

"My perspective playing in the team is that it feels like we are getting a proper Millwall team. Hopefully the fans can see that.

"This is a nice place to be when things are going well; it's great to be around the lads and you don't want to miss out. I want to be playing well, and playing every week."
