The centre forward, who has scored four goals since arriving from The Hornets earlier this season, is set to return to Vicarage Road this week but boss Kenny Jackett had hope to bring him back to The Den when the transfer window opens in January.
However Hoskins isn't keen, having already stalled on his original loan deal back in October.
