The 19-year-old defender returns to The Den for the rest of the season having played 14 games for The Lions during a three-month spell with the club earlier this season and is set to go straight into the squad for tomorrow's game against Wolves.
Ironically, his first debut for the club was against the same opposition, back in September.
"I'm really looking forward to playing again for Millwall", Ifil told the club's official site. "And helping us get the results to move us up the table and away from the relegation zone."
