Robinson: knee injury
With Mark Phillips and Matt Lawrence already on the sidelines, the last thing Millwall boss Colin Lee needed was another injury to one of his remaining centre halves. But now the manager has to do without defender Paul Robinson for the foreseeable future after the player injured his knee in training.

Robinson, who has been outstanding since taking over from Phillips in the middle, missed Saturday's 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace after picking up the injury in training and he was joined on the sidelines by striker Barry Hayles.

Hayles, who was suspended at the weekend, is set to have an exploratory operation on his knee in an attempt to clear-up a long standing niggle.

However, both should be fit and available for the visit of Tim Cahill and Everton for January's Third Round FA Cup tie.
