The match, which will take place on Tuesday, 21st August, will be the first fixture of its type since The New Den hosted an England Under-21 game shortly after it first opened back in 1993.
"We are delighted to be hosting this international fixture between two of the top African footbaling nations," Deputy Chairman Heather Rabbatts told the club's official site.
"As we move ever closer to 2012 when the Olympic Games will be held in London, we anticipate that this city will increasingly become a focal point for top sporting events, and we at Millwall are keen to be at the forefront in hosting and supporting them.
"Many fans of English football will be familiar with some of the star players from Ghana and Senegal who are preparing for the African Cup of Nations which will be held next January."
The game will follow The Lions' pre-season friendly against Sierra Leone at the beginning of the month.
