Dyer: Saviour?
Former Watford, Barnsley and Crystal Palace striker Bruce Dyer has signed for Millwall for a two-month loan spell and the Stoke City hitman goes straight into tomorrow's side to fact Crewe Alexandra at The Den.

With Carl Asaba out injured and Ben May suspended, Colin Lee was left with only one available striker for the six-pointer against The Railwaymen and even gave youth team centre forward Ross Gaynor a squad number in case all else failed.

London-born Dyer, who is not eligible for The Lions' Carling Cup clash with Birmingham City, has netted 134 senior goals for his various clubs in a senior career spanning 366 starts.
