Jackett calls for consistency

Millwall manager Kenny Jackett feels his side are beginning to get to grips with the step-up in divisions. The Lions, promoted to the Championship last season, have had an inconsistent start to the new campaign but got back to winning ways with a fine 2-0 victory over Derby on Saturday. "The standard of the league is very high - it's very good - and you can see with the results that the table can get really crunched up," said Jackett. "We have to get it right more often than not and our players have to set out to improve - to improve their performances and improve their consistency because that's the purpose of stepping up a league."
