Jackett receives injury boost

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett experienced a hattrick of a different kind on Monday morning when three of his squad returned to full training after injury.

Alan Dunne, Chris Hackett and Danny Spiller all reported for duty after varying spells on the sidelines to gve Jackett further options in defence and midfield if required, with Dunne and Hackett in particular with regards to the troublesome right back berth in Danny Senda's absence.

Captain Paul Robinson meanwhile has began light training following his metatarsal injury and is looking forward to getting back into action.

"Personally I can't wait to get back," The Lions skipper told the club's official website. "And the sooner the better. But on the other hand, if I don't get in the side between now and the end of the season, hopefully it will be because the other defenders are playing so well and we keep winning games.

"We've only conceded four goals in the last six games and won five of those, which is promotion form, so long may it continue."
