Lee: Looking for new talent
Acting Chairman Theo Paphitis has give Millwall manager Colin Lee the go-ahead to start looking for new players to get on-loan for emergency loan. Lee has said on the matter: "Theo has given me permission to try and improve what we've got. We need energy and speed in the side; everyone wants that so I don't know where I will get that from. We have to get players who can score goals - if either side had had two of the better forwards in this league, they would have won on Sunday.

"The problem is that it's difficult to get the players in - even if I had £2million to spend, the problem is getting them in by November 24, the emergency loans deadline.Being at the bottom of the league makes it even more difficult. And there are not a lot of players out there. The big clubs won't let you have their players.

"But I need to put my players under pressure for their places. It
would be great to bring in three or four fresh faces in time for
Burnley. But this is a long season and we have to bear in mind the
fixture schedule - what we are being asked to do at Christmas is
ridiculous and our current three loan players will have to be back at
their clubs then."
