Dearden: Coaching role
Millwall have brought in former Brentford keeper Kevin Dearden to replace former goalkeeping coach Tony Burns, who left last week to join Crystal Palace in a similar capacity.

Dearden, who has had spells coaching at Torquay United and, ironically, The Eagles, has already started working with new signings Chris Day and Lenny Pidgeley ahead of the new season.

"Kevin has come in to work with our keepers," explained manager Nigel Spackman. "Chris Day knows him and hopefully if things work out he might be the replacement for Tony Burns because the keepers need a specialist coach to work with them."
