Lions sign international goalkeeper...

Millwall boss Willie Donachie has signed former Scotland international Rab Douglas on a month's loan following the news that youngster Preston Edwards picked up an injury that will keep him out of tomorrow's game against Walsall.

And with Lenny Pidgeley still recoving from a long-term foot injuy, Donachie moved quick to bring in cover for Chris Day.

Douglas, who played 19 times for Scotland, currently plays his club football with Leicester City and is expected to take his place on the bench tomorrow.

"We're not having the best of luck with goalkeepers at the moment," Donachie told the club's official site. "Preston is naturally very frustrated, having missed the Scottish tour through injury and now picked up another one.

"Fortunately, in Rab Douglas we have acquired a very experienced replacement who has played at international level, and he will be in the squad for Saturday's game."
