Livermore: Wants out
Millwall midfielder David Livermore looks set to be the next player out of the club after handing in a transfer request, according to today's South London Press.

Livermore, who was installed as club captain by former manager Steve Claridge, has apparently caught the eye of Southampton boss Harry Redknapp after a recommendation by Dave Bassett and could join The Saints if the price is right.

The left-footed midfielder joined The Lions in 1999 on a free transfer from Arsenal, where he captained The Gunners' reserve side.
