The Argentinian hitman is now out of contract with the SPL club and would be available on a Bosman if he convinces Dennis Wise that he can do a jobin the First Division.
The 24-year-old joined Livingston at the beginning of January 2003 and was part of the squad which won the CIS Cup last season.
