Marshall: Unhappy about lack of signings
Millwall keeper Andy Marshall has criticised chairman Peter de Savary for failing to keep his promise to bring in new players during the transfer window.

"I know the players and manager can look back at this season and say that they have given everything -but I'm not sure other people can," Marshall told The Sun.

"The simple fact is we were promised signings would be made and that's not happened."

The player also spoke out at de Savary's claims that the club were interested in Roy Keane and Robbie Fowler.

"Anyone can start brandishing big names about, but you have to put your money where your mouth is," he continued.

"We needed help and we haven't been given it."

Marshall's outburst is the second demonstration of unrest amongst the first team squad following Matt Lawrence's transfer request last month.
