Dave Martin has joined Derby County on an emergency loan deal until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old winger had been expected to join The Rams on the last day of the transfer window but a deal between the two clubs fell through at the 11th hour but the proposed move angered manager Kenny Jackett, who offered some harsh words of criticism in Saturday's match day programme and dropped the player from his squad to face leaders Norwich City.
Martin is out of contract in the summer and refused to discuss a new contract with The Lions.
