According reports leaking out on the internet, Millwall have signed striker Daniele Dichio from West Bromwich Albion for a reputed £500,000.

The two clubs have said to have reached an agreement for the 29-year-old who scored five goals in an explosive loan spell with The Lions and formalities are expected to be completed tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Millwall boss Dennis Wise has signed Brazillian keeper Adriano Basso, who has been on trial at The Den for two weeks, on a non-contract basis as they await confirmation of his passport details.

The former Atletico Paranaense stopper, from the same club as Manchester United midfielder Kleberson, has impressed Wise, who said: "This arrangement is the only way we can hold on to him while his papers come through."

The Lions have been looking for a keeper to replace Tony Warner, who is expected to leave at the end of the season once his contract expires.
