Millwall looking for cut Price deal

Jason Price could make his move to The Den a permanent one after Millwall began negotiations with the Welsh striker about joining The Lions on a full-time basis.

The on-loan forward enjoyed an impressive with the club before a hamstring injury sustained in the 1-0 play-off win against Leeds United at home cut short his stay. Price will miss the final against Scunthorpe United on Sunday but will be rooting for his former team-mates as they go in search of promotion from League One.

"I haven't got a club for next year," Price told the Southwark News. "Millwall have had a chat with me and they have put something on the table, but I will have to wait and see how things go.

"I have had a good chat with Kenny, I'm sure we'll talk again after Sunday and see how things lie. He has told me that he understands that I am an older pro - and that he will give me the time off to be with the family when I need it."

"A couple of other clubs are interested and I will have a sit down and a chat with my family, to see where next season will take me."
