Millwall V Crystal Palace at The Den - Match Preview

Duo back for Lions

Millwall welcome back Danny Shittu and Shane Lowry from suspension for the visit of local rivals Crystal Palace.

Skipper Shittu has served a one-match ban for his red card after the final whistle of last wee's 2-1 defeat by Blackburn and fellow defender Lowry has completed a three-game suspension for 15 yellow cards.

Midfielder Liam Trotter looks set to miss out again with the knee injury he aggravated in the FA Cup semi-final a fortnight ago, and winger Chris Taylor is still sidelined by a groin problem.

Jermaine Easter is ineligible against his parent club and boss Kenny Jackett has no plans to recall QPR loanee Rob Hulse so Nathan Tyson, Andy Keogh, Shaun Batt, John Marquis and Dany N'Guessan are vying for two places in attack.

Owen Garvan and Jonny Williams could return to the Crystal Palace starting line-up.

Garvan, who has been out for four months out with a knee injury, came on as a substitute against Blackburn on Saturday and fellow midfielder Jonny Williams also climbed off the bench after shaking off his knee knock.

But centre-half Paddy McCarthy remains sidelined by a groin problem and full-back Jonathan Parr will not figure again this season due to ankle ligament damage.

Winger Yannick Bolasie, who along with Wilfried Zaha and Glenn Murray was named in the PFA Championship Team of the Year, could be recalled after he was an unused sub at Rovers.

Ivory Coast striker Aruna Dindane is still awaiting his debut after joining as a free agent last month.
