Millwall V Ipswich at The Den - Match Preview

St Ledger included for Lions

Sean St Ledger will be added to the Millwall squad for the visit of Ipswich.

The Republic of Ireland international joined the Lions on loan from Leicester on Thursday, prior to watching his new team-mates beat his parent club 1-0 on Good Friday evening.

Boss Kenny Jackett moved for St Ledger with fellow defenders Karleigh Osborne (hamstring) and Paul Robinson (groin) currently on the sidelines.

Jackett is also able to welcome back another defender, Mark Beevers, from suspension after he missed the last two matches for collecting 10 yellow cards this season.

Chris Taylor is a doubt with the groin strain which kept him out on Friday and fellow winger James Henry remains sidelined by a knee injury.

Ipswich have Lee Martin available for the trip.

The winger has completed his three-match ban after being sent-off during the 1-0 defeat against Nottingham Forest and comes back into contention as Town look for a third successive win.

Scott Loach kept a clean sheet in Saturday's 3-0 win over Leeds in his first start since the beginning of February and will continue in goal.

Striker Franck Nouble played the last 12 minutes on his return from a hamstring injury and will compete with Daryl Murphy and Michael Chopra to start alongside David McGoldrick in attack.

Mick McCarthy's side have lost just one of their last six games and have moved four points clear of the relegation zone. Another victory against the FA Cup semi-finalists will see Ipswich leapfrog them in the table.
