Phillips' career at The Den has been blighted by injury since making his debut in 2001 but the youngster is determined to put that behind him and look to the future.
"I am delighted to sign on for another two years at Millwall," he told the club's official site. "I feel very optimistic about the coming season and can't wait to get started again."
