Hayles: Wanted man
According to today's News of the World, Queen's Park Rangers are on the verge of making a move for striker Barry Hayles.

Hayles, who joined Millwall from Sheffield United last season, is one of the highest earners at the club but manager Steve Claridge is keen to keep last year's top scorer, having lost Danny Dichio to Preston North End last week.

The newspaper also reports that Hull City made a £200,000 offer for Matt Lawrence on Friday that was rejected by the club.
