Return date for Hoskins?

Watford striker Will Hoskins could be on his way back to The Den when the transfer window opens in January - if boss Kenny Jackett gets his way.

The Millwall manager has been impressed by the striker since taking over last month and wants to talk to Hoskins about a permanent move.

"At some stage I will speak to Will about what happens next," he told the South London Press. "We will go for players in January if they improve us.

"I certainly won't be going into the market for the sake of it. But we also have to plan for the summer by looking at people who will be out of contract."

Hoskins has scored four times for The Lions since joining on loan but if Jackett does make a move for the out-of-favour striker he may have to break the bank to do it, with Watford likely to want to recoup some of the £1 million fee they paid Rotherham United for Hoskins' services last season.
