Millwall captain Paul Robinson is set to travel to Carlisle United for The Lions last game of the regular season after being passed fit and returning to first team training.

The 27-year-old defender has been out of action with a broken foot since the end of January and it had been feared that he would miss the rest of the season but is now in line for a sensational return at Brunton Park.

"I trained on Monday and Tuesday and it has felt fine," he told the Southwark News. "I am really pleased to be back and involved with training with the boys on a day-to-day basis.

"They have done fantastically well while I have been out and I do not expect to walk straight back into the team. I will have to fight for a place, and if the gaffer needs me - it would be great to be involved at Carlisle."
