Robbo ruled out until September

As expected, Millwall captain Paul Robinson has been ruled out of The Lions pre-season schedule plus the opening games of the new campaign after undergoing surgery once again on his damaged metatarsal.

The defender required the operation after sustaining a heavy fall in training, requiring a new bolt to be fitted to the bone.

He is expected to return in September if the injury heals properly.
