Ross: Off to become a Viking
Former Scottish international Maurice Ross became the latest of Nigel Spackman's signings to depart the club after he completed a move to Norwegian side Viking FK.

As reported on Millwall Mad last week, Ross joined up with Viking in Spain for a trial after overcoming the injury problems that dogged his time at The Den and impressed enough to earn a contract.

"I have made a lot of good friends at Millwall and in some ways I will be disappointed to leave," said Ross, who made just 20 appearances for The Lions. "However, the offer to play for a club at this level was too good to refuse.

"Viking only finished ninth last season but they have a track record in European football and there is a real determination from them to regain their status amongst the top clubs in Norway."
