Ooh Aah Richard Sadlier
Richard Sadlier looks set to make a return to the first team by the end of September, according to reports today.

The popular centre forward has been on the sidelines since last season after suffering yet another setback to a long-standing hip injury. However, he now appears to be making good progress towards full fitness and should be able to play for the reserves by the beginning of next month.

This will come as welcome news to manager Mark McGhee. With Mark McCammon and Ben May also injured, The Lions are short of match-fit strikers and started with midfielder Paul Ifill upfront on the opening day of the season.
