Richard Sadlier will finally be honoured with a testimonial game, nearly five years after he retired from football through injury.
The popular striker, 29, is set to meet with chief operating officer Andy Ambler to discuss the situation over the weekend, with the aim of finalising a game for next summer.
"I have always regretted not getting the chance to say goodbye and show my appreciation properly," Sadlier told the South London Press. "Hopefully, the testimonial will provide that."
