Tuttle: Looking to avoid drop
If Millwall are to stay in the Championship, they'll need to win seven of their remaining 14 games, according to boss Dave Tuttle.

The Lions are now five points from safety following their controversial defeat at home to Sheffield Wednesday last weekend and take on a managerless Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road tomorrow. But with games fast running out, Tuttle believes now is the time to hit form.

"It is a tall order and we all know that, but we believe we can do it," the manager told the South London Press. "We had a meeting this week with the whole squad and had a good chat. We are not going to give up because we all want to do well for the fans and for this club.

"Everyone said how they felt after Saturday. But now we have to perform. This is a huge week for us, with the trip to Loftus Road then home games against Hull and Palace.

"It will give us an idea of where we are headed. Even the senior players have not been in this kind of a situation before. It will be hard for the youngsters, too.

"But I have been reminding them that we have shown what we can do, against Premiership sides Birmingham and Everton. They must take that through into those three games. We respect the teams we are up against, but we know we can beat them."
