Shaw: Defended to the last
Having secured their third away win on the spin, Millwall boss Willie Donachie was quick to highlight the performace of his veteran defender, Richard Shaw.

The Lions grabbed all three points thanks to Dave Brammer's thunderbolt strike in the first half but it was the former Coventry City and Crystal Palace player who secured the clean sheet in the denying minutes, clearing the ball off the line.

"We scrapped it out on a poor pitch," said Donachie. "I thought our back four was superb with Richard Shaw a great example.

"He's committed and passionate about the game and leads by example. You couldn't get a better example than his goal-line clearance in the last minute."

Donachie, meanwhile, has been short-listed for the Manager of the Month award for the second time this year thanks to his side's recent run of good form.
