Spackman: Not a happy bunny
Millwall boss Nigel Spackman has slammed his team's performance on Saturday, which saw The Lions thrashed 5-1 by Chesterfield, and admitted he was "ashamed" of the result.

With the club now in the division's relegation zone with only one point from three games, Spackman knows that the pressure is now on as he attempts to reverse his sides fortunes after a very poor start.

"I feel ashamed at that performance," the manager revealed after the game. "I've asked the players if they feel the same. I have asked them to look at themselves in the mirror. There were only four or five who tried their best and some of them did not try at all.

"Chesterfield out-fought and out-played us in all areas but the buck stops with me and I have to sort things out.

"I am pleased we don't have a game in mid-week because there is a lot of work to do on the training ground. We have got to dissect the performance and digest it and we must then prepare to face Oldham."
