The news will come as welcome boost for manager Dennis Wise who is already without both Daniele Dichio and Barry Hayles for the game. Dichio is still recovering from a groin operation while Hayles is cup tied, having played for Sheffield United against Stockport County earlier in the competition.
Tessem is likely to start up front alongside either Mark McCammon or Neil Harris, unless Wise decides to go with only one striker against the Premiership side, in which case the Norwegian will be expected to go it alone.
