The Sheriff suffers setback

Millwall striker Mark McCammon has suffered a setback in his recovery from the knew injury sustained on the last day of the season in 2003.

McCammon was due to play for the reserves against Gillingham yesterday but was forced to pull out after damaging an ankle in training.

The free transfer signing from Brentford last season has yet to play for the Lions this season and has made only seven starts for Millwall since his move in March last year.

Elsewhere, former club captain Stuart Nethercott has extended his loan spell at Wycombe Wanderers.

Nethers will spend a further month at the Causeway Stadium after helping to shore up Tony Adams' leaky defence.
