Igoe: Possible Pirate
Sammy Igoe, Steve Claridge's only signing during his brief stay at the helm, looks set to end his Lions career after less than six months at the club.

The 30-year-old midfielder, who left Swindon Town to join Millwall, is currently training with Bristol Rovers with a view to a possible loan move later this week.

"The club does not expect any complications with Sammy's proposed switch from Millwall," said a spokesman for Bristol Rovers.

"Sammy is a player Paul Trollope regards very highly and we hope to confirm his arrival at Bristol Rovers in due course."

Igoe has made just seven appearances for The Lions since his switch last summer - including Millwall's 2-0 Carling Cup win over Rovers back in August - before falling out of favour with ex-boss Colin Lee.
