Donachie: Looking for home win
As Millwall go into Saturday's game against Bournemouth looking for third successive league victory, caretaker boss Willie Donachie believes that the players' confidence will play an important part in overcoming any possible setback.

Having climbed the table with wins away at Rotherham and Carlisle, the manager is hoping to build upon his impressive start in the hotseat and reward the fans with the first home victory since August.

"Winning means everything," Donachie told the club's official site. "It's just amazing the difference it makes to your whole life; to your family life, to everything.

"There's no way around it. If you are losing it is so difficult to keep lifting yourself again and again and again, whereas if you're winning you can't wait to come in and train. Everything is more enjoyable, everything is more positive.

"The players don't get carried away, they just continue working hard but have more confidence and that is the key which is something to build on.

"We also have seven or eight strong experienced players injured at the moment, so if we can keep the run going and get them back, we will be in a better position with a really strong squad to help us move on further."
