Rogers: On target
Notts Forest utility man Alan Rogers scored twice for Millwall in this afternoon's friendly against Brentford but it wasn't enough to prevent The Bees from winning 3-2.

Rogers, who was given permission to play in the game by Forest, was part of a mixed line-up that played the match at Brentford's trainig ground in an effort to regain some match fitness after the break in the League campaign. And despite the result, manager Colin Lee was pleased with the run out.

"Winning the game wasn't the purpose of the excercise," he told the club's official site. "We just wanted to look at one or two people and give others who needed it, a game.

"Alan hasn't played a great deal of football this season and consequently is lacking in match fitness so he's got some work to do in that respect. Once he's done that we might consider whether or not we think he could do a job for us."
