Up for the Cup!

Millwall boss welcomes back defender Zak Whitbread for tonight's Third Round FA Cup replay as The Lions look to set up a mouth-watering clash against Premiership opposition in the next stage of the competition. And for Jackett, Whitbread's return couldn't have come at a better time.

Thanks to Saturday's postponement neither Tony Craig or Paul Robinson are available due to suspension and those few extra days has allowed the American centre half to step up his training following an absence of twelve games.

He is expected to partner Andy Frampton in the middle with Scott Barron continuing on the left. Elsewhere Chris Hackett, Jimmy Abdou and Preston Edwards will also miss the game through injury.

"We want to progress," Jackett told BBC London 94.9. "It brings so much to both the players and the club in terms of experience, profile, finance."

"The option to play at either Newcastle or Hull is a fantastic one."
